The Company will not require you to consent to the collection of your Personal Information, but your refusal to grant such consent may prevent the Company from being able to deliver its services to you. Your provision of Personal Information to facilitate the Company’s provision of these services to you is entirely voluntary. The Company strives to limit its collection of Personal Information to those considered by PIPEDA to have a low level of sensitivity and which are necessary for its operations. 

By completing the Registration Form, you consent to the Company obtaining and storing the Personal Information provided thereon.
