Job Overview

Brightmark is actively seeking a motivated and energetic Salesforce Consultant who will be responsible for managing and owning the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementations for our clients. A successful candidate will be experienced with scoping projects, understanding business pains, and using that information to map those challenges to real-world Salesforce solutions. We’re looking for someone equally as adept at keeping a project in scope and on budget as they are at building and managing client relationships and expectations.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Owning and leading the Brightmark project team in successfully executing the full project lifecycle, from scoping through to go-live and end user training
  • Leading the capture of Business Requirements, then applying your business acumen and industry knowledge to scope the project in detail
  • Translating those requirements into the Salesforce Solution Design, mapping requirements to both standard and custom Salesforce functionality
  • Tracking and being responsible for all Project Management metrics, including budget, scope, timeline and quality of work
  • Overseeing the build phase of the prototype, either through delegation or getting hands-on as required, executing Quality Assurance, and managing the project’s Analyst and Developer resources
  • Overseeing the loading of data into Salesforce to support training and/or go-live, and the transformation of existing data within Salesforce as required to align with an updated data model
  • Leading the execution of User Acceptance Walkthroughs with the Client, overseeing the project team’s refinements to the prototype based on feedback provided by the Client
  • Leading End User Training and Salesforce Administrator Training
  • Developing comprehensive End User Training Documentation as required
  • Supporting Clients in resolving post go-live questions and requests
  • In partnership with the Sales organization, identifying future phases of work and outlining a Salesforce platform roadmap for the Client based on the current scope of work
  • Selling the value of Brightmark post go-live support to ensure successful go-live and maintenance of the system
  • Using – and being an expert in – the following tools: Salesforce, Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Salesforce Data Loader


  • Proven track record leading and managing Salesforce projects end-to-end
  • Ability to map requirements to a solution design within the Salesforce platform
  • Project Management experience in owning the full project lifecycle and project metrics
  • Strong communication and client management skills with experience successfully managing client expectations throughout a project lifecycle
  • Experience with Salesforce, Data Loader, Project Management Tools, Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • The following Salesforce certifications are strongly recommended:
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator
    • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
