Job Overview

Brightmark is actively seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst that fits our culture of professionalism and poise. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Project’s Lead Consultant through every stage of a project lifecycle. The right candidate must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently multi-task and juggle multiple priorities. This Business Analyst will be critical to delivering client projects and will be given the opportunity to learn and develop skills in implementing Salesforce and/or Pardot technologies.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Following the direction of the Project’s Lead Consultant, providing support from kick-off to end user training and deployment
  • Using your eye for detail to document and capture meeting notes from internal and client-facing calls and meetings
  • Executing project activities, tasks and client communications under the direction of the Project Lead to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of projects
  • Based on the Solution Design, configuring and declaratively building the prototype within Salesforce
  • Executing the initial load of data into Salesforce to support training and/or go-live, and transforming existing data within Salesforce as required to align with an updated data model
    Supporting the Project Lead in executing User Acceptance Walkthroughs with Clients, and update the prototype to account for refinements requested by the Client
  • Drafting End User or Administrator Training Documentation as directed by the Project Lead
    Upon Certification, leading Salesforce Administrator Training for Client Administrators
    Supporting Clients in resolving post go-live questions and requests, escalating as required to SMEs and Consultants
  • Using – and becoming an expert in – the following tools: Salesforce, Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Salesforce Data Loader
  • Taking part in onsite client meetings within the GTA as required

Qualifications:

  • Analytical and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in proactively communicating with clients and internally to manage assigned tasks and multiple priorities
  • Resourceful and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and juggle numerous critical and parallel streams of work
  • Experience in a customer-centric and client-facing role
  • Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • Experience declaratively building on the Salesforce platform is preferred
